For shipping, we mainly use DHL, UPS, EMS, FEDEX etc, that depends on the place you are in.

Estimated Delivery Time:

For Special Occasion Dresses, Wedding Dresses:

♦ Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

♦ If your order contains multiple items, they will be shipped together.

Processing Time:

Occasion dresses: Within 12-15 Business Days (From May to Dec)

Occasion dresses: Within 15-30 Business Days (From Jan to April)

Wedding dresses: 15-25 Business Days (From May to Dec)

Wedding dresses: 20-40 Business Days (From Jan to April)

Shipping Time:

Rush Order Shipping: 4-7 workdays

Standard Shipping:10-15 workdays

Special Estimated Delivery Time For Rush Order:

Rush order: within 15 workding days,please add $30.00 , this cost is paid for fast shipping and tailors who would like to work extra time to finish this dress.

Please note:Not every gown can be received within 15 business days. This $30 is just to prioritize your order and choose the fastest shipping method for you. Please understand that!

Affected by peak season , there will be some delay on the delivery.

The total time required for each dress may vary. You can send an email to consult our customer service for the specific arrival time.

All the dresses are not in stock, whether choosing a standard size or custom measurements, all our dresses are personally tailored for you.And all of our gowns are handmade. We will not start making the dress until we receive your order. 

Delivery Guide

To better communicate with you, please provide a valid email address and check emails after you have purchased for any updated information. Once you have placed your order you will be contacted by e-mail to confirm your order. If your billing address is a P.O. Box, then you must provide us with a physical address by email.

Packing

In order to save your shipping cost, each dress will be packed tightly with water proof bag .

Note :The shipping cost is prepaid before sending, so there will be no extra shipping cost, please note for some countries, there will be customs taxes, this tax should be paid by buyers, in order to save your cost, we usually write less price on the invoice.
Please refuse to sign the package if you find the package is broken and contact with us at the first time, we will help you solve all the problem

Please note that you may not be able to track the logistics information within 24-48 hours after the order is shipped. If you are still unable to track your order after 48 hours, please contact us.

When placing an order, please make sure that your shipping address is complete and correct (province, city, zip code, phone number, etc.)!! If the address is wrong or incomplete, your package will be difficult to deliver or will be destroyed.
If there is any problem with the address after placing the order, please contact our customer service by email in time to modify your address.

Shipping Cost

We do not offer free shipping as we only ship via fast delivery to make sure you can get the items quickly and safely ! The shipping cost is varies from countries to countries ! Below is the estimate Shipping Fee for each countries,you can easily find how much it will costs when you checkout !

USA /Canada /Austrilia : $29- $45 (per order)

UK /Germany /France: $35- $55 (per order)

Other Countries : $55-$75 (per order)
